Green tea is healthy in old age -Benefits of green tea




 Drinking green tea is beneficial to health. Now a new study has come in and use. Tokyo University researchers say that green tea in old age keeps people fit and perky.
       

     In the study by Japanese researchers found that drinking tea or coffee than people who drink green tea in people with physical disabilities of old age are 33 percent less likely to develop.According to "The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition" report serving a cup of green tea 3 to 4 times a day  reduces the risk of physical disabilities by 25 percent .
Researchers for this research,for three years,more than 65 years of age examined 14,000 men and women's health. The researchers looked at their eating habits. The data set of health needs. Daily Mail newspaper reported in this study found that those who drank green tea were self-sufficient in tight fit and health.
Benefits of green tea:
- reduction in heart disease.
- reduction in bad cholesterol.
- increase in metabolic rate / fat oxidization.
- prevention of the death of brain cells – meaning less chance of Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s diseases.
- lower incidence of cancers.
- helps in weight loss.
